Multitudes of people have failed to live for the present. They have spent their lives reaching for the future. What they have had within their grasp today they have missed entirely because only the future has intrigued them. And before they knew it, the future became the past. Have a great now!

Everyday counts.  The future is important, don't get me wrong..but we can't live there.  Putting off what you want to do because you weigh too much or your too busy is never a good thing. You are indeed living in the future by doing this. If there is something you desire to it today!
Thinking you will start your eating plan tomorrow is also living in the future.  You need to live it right, exercise and love your day...right now.
Now, planning for the future is a whole different ball game.  I plan on wearing a certain pair of capris come February when I am in Jamaica on vacation.  Right now they don't fit, but I will live today eating right and  exercising so that my goal will be that much closer.  What I do today directly impacts my future so I might as well do something that will impact it in a positive and not in a negative way.
Have a great day, live right, laugh, and enjoy that which is.
