Wow...today marks two weeks that I have been 100 percent
on plan. This week I did cardio 5 days as well as 4 days of resistant training. My results were a bit disappointing
as I only lost 1.5 pounds. But I keep telling myself, it is what it is. As long as I know I am working the program
100 percent with food, exercise and drinking all my water then I know that I am doing the best that I can. I have no
control of how much weight my body will drop in a week, but I do have control on what I feed it. So although a bit discouraged
with the results of the scale, I am very encouraged at living this healthy lifestyle at 100 percent. It certainly is
nice to go to bed at night not thinking,,,"tomorrow I will begin my healthy lifestyle". Instead these past two weeks
I have gone to bed thinking. "I feel great, I am living the lifestyle I so desire."
Have a great on plan day all. I am off to the gym.
