I remember reading that if you do something for 21 days then it becomes a habit.  Well I sure hope so.  Today is the 28th day that I have been living this lifestyle 100 percent of the time.
I refocused and began on Jan 2, 2008.  I have been drinking at least 100 ounces of water a day(now habit) I have been doing cardio 5-7 times a week, anywhere from 45-60 mins(now habit) I have been eating 5-6 on plan meals a day(now habit)
and I have lost 10 pounds...never to refind them!!!
The best part of it all?   I feel great.
