If one really wants to change one's lifestyle then he must be true to himself. There is no way around it. A couple of extra bites....not really pushing yourself when doing resistant exercises...doing only 20 mins of cardio when you had planned on 30 mins. There are no shortcuts, so you might as well do the best you can to get the best results.
I admit somedays seem so much harder than other days. But the times moves on, the clock keeps ticking, might as well use the passage of time to your advantage and surely the pounds will melt away.
Today we took down the Christmas Tree and the decorations.. I was relieved to find the holidays behind us. I feel like I am back in my old routine.. I am eating right, exercising right, and drinking my water. Six weeks from today my husband and I will be in Belize..soaking up the sun and having a great time and I am determined to have the weight I gained off by the time we leave. I also have an appt with a plastic surgeon at the end of January to discuss the removal of excess skin.I am definately ready to do this..hopefully sometime in March...
Well just got back from food shopping and must go put away the groceries....
