My advice is to go into something and stay with it until you like it. You can't like it until you obtain expertise in that work. And once you are an expert, it's a pleasure.
Milton Garland

I could certainly relate to this quote.  When I started this way of life over 7 years ago.  I had never formally had any kind of exercise routine.  I thought exercise was just a horrid and time consuming habit.
I realized after having lost the first fifty pounds, that I was going to have to bite the bullet and start exercising on a regular basis.
I started with 20 mins of walking on a treadmill. Then I added some very light resistant training .  Over the last seven years I have learned to lift with the best of them.  I have good form and I really concentrate with the "mind - muscle connection,  Even when I was not eating correctly, I continued to exercise.  I also worked myself up to walking for an hour at least five days a week, if not seven. The best part is I started doing this because I needed to, and now I exercise because I want to.
The benefits of exercising on a routine basis are huge.  It will increase the effeciency of how your heart pumps, it will lower your cholesteral, It will prevent osteoporesis, you will even release endorphins which will give you a natural good feeling.  You will develop muscle and we all know that muscle burns more calories than fat.  It will reshape your body. Through exercise you can  redefine your body's contour as you desire it to be.
If you are not exercising on a regular basis then today is the day to begin!
You can do it.
