"Where there is a will, there IS a way."

This quote sums it all up. The question really is not whether this program will work for you, but if you will work the program.  For we all know the program works if followed as prescribed. We all have desires, but many find the work to achieve those desires too difficult to endure.. Dreams become realities not by dreaming and wishing but through work and persistence. Our desires  actually provide the path we must travel to obtain the dream so it becomes reality. One must trust and have faith in oneself.. You can go forward, from this moment to where ever or whoever you want to be.
You would not be reading my journal this very moment unless you had the will to change yourself and lose weight.  So now you must find "the way"  Two simple words that encompass a multitude of happenings.
For me finding the way, was first..finding the mindset.... My attitude had to change...my eating program had to take precedence above all else. I had to accept the program for what it was, not for how I wanted it to be.... Next I had to figure out how to make this eating program work for me... It meant cooking ahead and freezing portions, still feeding my family what they were accustomed to eating, being prepared to eat on the go....knowing what types of food I could eat, and the right amount.  It meant giving up salt, dairy, my evening glass of wine..and drinking 100 ounces of water daily.. Wow!
All of this seemed so monumental... such lifestyle changes ..I had to have faith and trust in myself that I COULD do this.
So I took that first step..and then the next... one moment  at a time...  and moments turned to hours...to days... to weeks.... to months.. It has been almost five months and I have shed 72.5 pounds...
 The choice is yours.....
