On The road again
October 1, 2003

It's more important to know where you are going than to get there quickly.  Do not mistake activity for achievement.

Already October 1st.  Wow.. time sure flies... I have been pretty busy this week..but I have been 100 percent on plan including this past weekend..  I am focused on where I am headed.... back to my size 6-8's.  I really have a great fall/winter wardrobe and I am determined that it is not not going to just hang in the closet!
On the "Provida Board" they have a forum called bootcamp.. This particular one is going on for 10 weeks.  You report in daily and get points towards your particular platoon for staying on plan, exercising, drinking 100 ounces of water and different challenges.  I joined this time because I need all the support I can get.  I like the idea that I have to be accountable to a group of people and if I don't stay committed we as a platoon won't get my points... it is a game..but what is a little competition among 300+ of us doing it?
A challenge for this week was to name five goals that you wanted to accomplish over the next ten of mine was to make sure I do a journal at least three times a week...
I love this time of year, the foliage is starting to peak, cool mornings and warm sunny days and now that I have been back on track I am FULL of energy.  It is time for fall cleaning.. of the house and of myself... getting bothd myself into shape is my priority right now.
Have a great on program kind of day!
