"If you have made mistakes, there is always another chance for you. You may have a fresh start any moment you choose, for this thing we call 'failure' is not the falling down, but the staying down."

Failure is indeed the product of not starting over, it is the giving up of one’s goal. We are all human and mistakes happen. Sometimes we get caught up in the moment and make poor choices. It can be hard to get back in the saddle, heck it has taken me about 6 months to get my act together and live this lifestyle fully and not haphazardly..

It can be frustrating to want to stay on plan and day after day you start with good intentions and every day those intentions fall by the wayside.

If you are having difficulty getting back on plan, stop and think about why you decided to live this lifestyle in the first place. Whether it is health reasons, or just tired of being overweight, nothing is going to change unless you decide that you are worth the effort.

Don’t wait until you have put on even more weight. Start today! Start this moment., what is in the past is just that, in the past. This is your moment, grab it and go forward.

Wednesday was weigh in day for me. I have now lost a total of 11.5 pounds since I started this plan on January 2, 2008. I have remained 100 percent on plan(including weekends) and I am doing cardio daily along with resistant training. I am so glad that I finally have gotten back up and am no longer “staying down”
