All things are possible for those who believe.  The good news is that the capris that I wanted to get into and bring to Jamaica fit.  I really believed that I would be able to wear them and I have worked hard these last six weeks to make it happen.  They are still a little snug but I got ten days before I leave so life is good.
I often visualize a dream or a goal...even something as simple as a certain weight that I want the scale to be.  I have been visualizing one since I started and that weight is visualized for the morning I leave for vacation... it usually works so I will let you know if it does.
The thrill of starting back on track and eating right is really not as exciting as it had been in the beginning...but the feeling of being 100 percent on plan , living healthy is soo much more exciting and the feeling of self content simply amazing.
I KNOW that I will once again be back to my goal weight.  I can feel it, I want it and I believe it will happen!
Next week on vacation I plan on enjoying myself...going snorkeling, walking the beach, having a glass of wine or two and eating in moderation.  I have planned for this and knew right from Jan 2 that I would be taking a hiatus for the vacation.  I am fine with it, willing to except what the consequences are and I am planning on getting right back on plan on March 3.  I am also going to cook ahead of time portion and freeze my meals so that they will be ready to go when I get back.... wowsa...perhaps I should think about packing and less about the vacation being over....well tomm is weigh in day....hmmmmm.
