I got these 21 truths in an email the other day and decided that I should post it here in my journal.
Again it has been forever since I last wrote an entry.
Life is just so busy...lots has happened since I was last here.
Ed and I went to Jamaica for my 50th birthday we had a blast..the only problem was I slipped at the poolside two days before we were to come home and injured my knee.  Upon returning to the states(hobbling) I went to the md and then had an mri and found that I had torn both the cartilage and my medial lateral ligament in my knee.
It has been slow going and I just got the ok to go back to exercising this past week.
Do you know  how discouraging not exercising for three months is?  Also once you get out of the mode it has really been an effort to get back into it...but I have!
I know this sounds like a rerun but I am still working on losing the weight.  I know it could be worse I managed to maintain during the last three months...but I am back and staying on plan .
My life has been super busy... I have been working nine hour days four to five days a week.  I think in my last post in Jan I was concerned that business was slow... that didnt last long....lol
Kara is back at Tulane, they added a third semester due to the hurricane, she is not real thrilled about being there til July.  We will fly her home for the wedding and then back for finals and then back home four days later for the summer.
My son's wedding is fast approaching.  We had the shower at my house and the following weekend all the girls went to Montreal for a bacherolette party(including me) We had a blast!
So I think right now is the calm before the storm.....37 days!
There is much to be done, but through it all I must remember to keep my eating healthy and exercising a priority.
I am going to try and post on a regular basis once again..it really helps me stay on track.
I have been 100 percent on plan for four days.....no one ever said it was easy but I will keep repeating truth number 5
 Success stops when you do.

Here is to being successful!
